VADE runs an easy to ready report that instantaneously compares your trip requirements against the specific charter operator, aircraft and flight crew assigned to your flight. In a matter of seconds, we will see if all of your requirements have been met so you can fly confidently.
HOW DOES VADE SELECT THE AIRCRAFT FOR OUR TRAVEL?
All VADE clients receive a dedicated account manager to help them through their private jet charter experience from start to finish.You will receive multiple aircraft options from your account manager, which have been selected to meet your particular requirements - based on your VADE profile. Each aircraft has been monitored closely by VADE. We have access to the aircraft's amenities, cabin specifications, refurbishment dates, and safety history of the crew and operator - just to name a few.
DOES VADE OPERATE AIRCRAFT?
VADE does not own nor operate a fleet but have access to over 50,000 aircraft worldwide. VADE is a private jet charter brokerage that acts as an agent to negotiate, facilitate, and manage each flight on behalf of our clients.
The charter operator always has operational control.
CAN I BRING MY PET ON A PRIVATE JET CHARTER?
In most cases, yes. VADE's pet-friendly arranged private jets often ensure that you can travel with your beloved four-leggers, comfortably and hassle-free.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK A PRIVATE JET CHARTER WITH VADE?
It's possible to arrange a private jet charter with as little as a few hours' notice. However, we recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure availability
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE AIPRORT FOR MY PRIVATE JET CHARTER FLIGHT?
One of the benefits of VADE's private jet charters is that you can arrive much closer to your departure time compared to commercial flights. Generally, arriving 15-30 minutes before departure is sufficient.
CAN VADE ARRANGE GROUND TRANSPORTATION & SPECIALTY CATERING?
Yes. VADE can arrange ground transportation to and from the airport as part of our comprehensive service. VADE can also arrange catering for your private jet charter., offering a wide range of dietary preferences for any special occasion.
HOW MUCH LUGGAGE CAN WE BRING?
The baggage allowance on private jets varies depending on the jet size. Small jets usually allow for one or two suitcases and a couple of smaller personal items per passenger, with some even accommodating sports equipment. Larger aircraft have more spacious baggage holds, accessible during flight. Always check with your VADE representative for specific baggage capacity for your selected aircraft.
CAN I REQUEST SPECIFIC AMENITIES OR SERVICES ON MY JET CHARTER?

Absolutely. VADE is a member of or subscribes to every major empty leg posting platform. If it's out there, VADE will find it. There is no better enjoyment than saving our client money.
CAN VADE ARRANGE PRIVATE JET CHARTER FLIGHTS TO ANY AIRPORT?
Private jet charters offer greater flexibility than commercial airlines. You can fly to a wide range of airports, including those not served by commercial airlines.
